Did you know that eating fruits and vegetables helps generate its own aspirin inside your body?
It's said that salicylic acid, which is the key component in the anti-inflammatory found in aspirin, has been found in the body through only fruits and vegetables, and has been acting as its own anti-inflammatory in the body.
Salicylic acid has been found in the blood of people who haven't been taking aspirin, and especially vegetarians, according to a recent study. This has not been completely proven, but when the scientists decided to inject benzoic acid which is also a natural acid in fruits into the subjects to see if it also helped produce the salicylic acid, their results reiterated what the y originally believed. So they concluded that, yes fruits and vegetables could indeed be considered a body bioregulator, and get the body back to it's norm (help it ease the pain like aspirin does).
believe it or not?
